Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited is pleased to declare an interim dividend of MUR 0.50 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 1st December 2023.

The dividend will be paid on or about 22nd December 2023.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum‐dividend up to and including the market day of 28th November 2023 and ex‐dividend as from 29th November 2023.
