Ingredients :
  1. 1 cup cous cous
  2. 1 cup hot water
  3. 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  4. 1 tsp garlic salt
  5. 500g smoked salmon
  6. ½ cup garden peas, cooked / 1 cup cucumber sliced
  7. ½ cup Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Diced
  8. 4 tbsp Pomegranate kernels
  9. 80 g carrot ribbon
  10. Lemon slices for garnish
  11. Olive oil and balsamic for dressing

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add the cous cous, stock, garlic salt and hot water, mix well
  2. Cover the bowl and leave for 5 minutes
  3. Loosen the cous cous with a fork
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients evenly in a bowl and serve
