The Board of Directors of MAURITIUS OIL REFINERIES LTD (“the Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that Intercontinental Secretarial Services Ltd has been appointed as the new Company Registry effective as from 1st July 2024.

The Board would like to place on record its appreciation to DTOS Registry Services Ltd for their dedication and services rendered to the Company over the past years.
