Administrative Support
Job Description
The Administrative Support will provide assistance and support to the Maintenance Department.
Main duties will include, inter alia, to -
• Assist in general administration & secretarial duties of the Maintenance Department ;
• Assist in development and implementation of internal policies and procedures ;
• Manage Sicorax Time Attendance System for the department
• Ordering of parts ,tracking of orders and follow up on payments & delivery;
• Coordinate Maintenance Department activities
• Perform any other cognate duties related to the post and department ;
Skills & Competencies -
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skill with a can-do attitude;
• Proficient with IT tools (word ,excel, pivot table etc);
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports;
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
Job requirements -
• Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications deem acceptable by the Company
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
