Key Responsibilities:


•    Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience at the counter and over the phone. 
•    Accurately manage all customer transactions including cash, credit, and digital payments. 
•    Scan goods, verify pricing, issue receipts, and process sales-related requests. 
•    Maintain balanced cash and cheque records and report discrepancies promptly. 
•    Ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner.
•    Ensure daily lodgements and reports are prepared and sent to respective departments.
•    Handle daily cash counts, credit memos, and transaction logs.
•    Assist with product transfers, stock verification, and merchandising.
•    Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products at the retail shop.
•    Perform any other cognate duties related to the post and department.

 

Qualifications & Experience:


•    At least Higher School Certificate or any other qualification deemed acceptable by the Company.
•    At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
•    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP).

 

Skills & Competencies:


•    Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
•    Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•    Good communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Good understanding of accounting and finance principles.
•    Proficient with Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook etc).
•    Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
