Key Responsibilities:

•    Operate, monitor, and control filling, labelling, and packaging machines to ensure accurate and efficient production
•    Maintain consistent product quality by performing in process checks on weight, sealing, labelling, and packaging integrity
•    Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime
•    Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards (e.g. GMP, HACCP)
•    Monitor raw materials and packaging supplies and report shortages or defects promptly
•    Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and production areas in line with housekeeping standards
•    Accurately complete production records, quality checks, and related documentation
•    Assist with product changeovers, stock handling, and other production-related duties as required
•    Perform any other cognate duties related to the post and department.

Skills & Competencies:

•    Good organizational and time management skills.
•    Good communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Punctual, reliable and committed to regular attendance.
•    Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety requirements.
•    Ability to work on a shift / roaster system.

Qualifications & Experience:

•    Technical certificate in Electromechanical / Industrial Maintenance or any other certificate deemed acceptable by the Company.
•    Basic knowledge of machine operation, preventive maintenance and troubleshoot.
•    At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
