Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited is pleased to declare a final dividend of MUR 0.80 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 2nd June 2025.
The dividend will be paid on or about 25th June 2025.
The shares of the Company will be traded cum‐dividend up to and including the market day of 28th May 2025 and ex‐dividend as from 29th May 2025.
