Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited is pleased to declare an interim dividend of MUR 0.50 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 3rd December 2025.

The dividend will be paid on or about 19th December 2025.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum‐dividend up to and including the market day of 28th November 2025 and ex‐dividend as from 1st December 2025.
