NOTICE Condensed unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025

The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements of Moroil Group for the period ended September 30, 2025 have been approved by the Board on November 13, 2025.

Copies of the Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements are available to the public free of charge upon request made to the Company Secretary at the Company’s registered office at MOROIL OFFICE, Quay Road, Port Louis.
 

The Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements will be published and can also be viewed on the Company’s website (www.moroil.mu).
