Maurice Enouf, aged 78, retired in 2001 after 29 years of service as Audit Manager and thereafter as Finance Manager of the WEAL Group of Companies. He is currently a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee of MOROIL as well as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of Innodis Ltd.
