Rustic Pizza

Rustic-Chicken-with-mozzarella-and-red-onion-pizza
Ingredients :
  1. Pizza base of choice
  2. Tomato paste to cover pizza base
  3. Handful of sliced, cooked chicken
  4. Handful of mozzarella cheese
  5. Handful of sliced red onion
  6. 100 g PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Hot Whole and chopped

Preparation

  1. Spread the tomato paste to cover the pizza base.
  2. Add the cooked, sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion and the chopped PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers.
  3. Cook in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

The chef's advice
Add some extra PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Hot Whole just chop them up and add to your Rustic Pizza with Chicken, Mozzarella and Red Onions.
