Ingredients :
- 1 cup cous cous
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 500g smoked salmon
- ½ cup garden peas, cooked / 1 cup cucumber sliced
- ½ cup Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Diced
- 4 tbsp Pomegranate kernels
- 80 g carrot ribbon
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Olive oil and balsamic for dressing
Preparation
- In a bowl add the cous cous, stock, garlic salt and hot water, mix well
- Cover the bowl and leave for 5 minutes
- Loosen the cous cous with a fork
- Add all the remaining ingredients evenly in a bowl and serve
