The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements of Moroil Group for the period ended September 30, 2025 have been approved by the Board on November 13, 2025.

The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited is pleased to declare an interim dividend of MUR 0.50 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 3rd December 2025.

The Board of Directors of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited is pleased to declare a final dividend of MUR 0.80 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 2nd June 2025.
The dividend will be paid on or about 25th June 2025.

À Maurice, seule une infime partie des huiles alimentaires usagées est recyclée. La majorité de ces déchets finit dans les centres d’enfouissement, voire dans la nature, contribuant ainsi à la pollution des écosystèmes terrestres et marins.
